World Tech Toys - Drone is defective after one email to your company explaining that I did not receive a charging cord I finally received one in the main around 10 January however there are other problems:
after receiving the charging cord for the mini-orion drone, and after charging both batteries per directions provided, the drone would not fly. I contacted tech support and explained the problem to a technician, he talked me through the sequence again and after the rotors would not spin, he stated that the remote and the drone would not sync with each other (Duh!!) he said that he would send me an email giving directions how to send the drone back to be replaced as mine was obviously defective.
that was around the 12th or 13th of January.
I have not received any email whatsoever, so I'm sending the drone back to QVC through whom it was purchased for a complete refund and you can rest assured that I will never purchase another drone, rc or any other item with your company logo on the package. Have never had to deal with anyone as inept as your customer service or tech support
