Ordered two world Tech RC cars through Today Show Deals & Steals.AmEx shows we were charged & never received the cars. Very disappointing for two little boys & shocked that Today Show would represent

Ordered through Today Show Deals & Steals, was charged according to AmEx, & never received the two RC cars. Very disappointed with World Tech Toys & the Today Show for even promoting their product. They should vet better! Now have to file against the charge & will have two very disappointed boys.

User's recommendation: Do not put any confidence in them. Stay away!

World Tech Toys - Customer service is *** no response
Interceptor spy drone with camera GHz, 4.5 CH gyro quadcopter. Will not fly remote is messed up , have checked and done everything manual and new batteries . No customers service help from company world tech toys phone number is no good no answer several attempts. Waste of time and money over $100.00 dollars very upset with this company and product. Want refund .

Terrible Customer Service

I haven't heard from them at all. I have called several times during the day, and they were closed. I have left several messages and no one returned my calls! The angry bird squawk-copter drone screw for the battery compartment is stripped! I finally was able to remove the screw with the help of a rubber band and when i put the batteries in the drone, it would not take flight at all. It just stayed on the ground, moving around. This toy did not work at all!
