Want to return a product that did not work
I am extremely displeased with all aspects of my 2 purchases from you.
In early February I ordered a 4pack of ultrasonic mouse repellents (WTO-1128). On February 15, you sent a confirmation that my order was on the way.
Tracking showed it had been shipped, but sat somewhere in a warehouse without being sent on. It never arrived.
On April 5 2021, I ordered (WTO-11281) one video doorbell from you. It was delivered about April 20.
In early April, I emailed World Tech that my mouse repellent order had never come. i was told you would ship another one.
A few days later a second video doorbell showed up at my door, not the mouse repellent I was hoping for.
My handy son, who does a lot of work in construction, was unable to get the doorbell to work once he took it off the electrical power outlet. He opened the second box and had the same results. Both boxes listed 4 different color face plates. Neither box had 4 plates, just 1 white one.
I decided to return both of them for a refund. After several inquiries as to whether i needed a shipping label and what address I should send it to, I received no response. Today I did a chat conference with a representative who ignored my request for a return address and kept wanting to put me in touch with electricians through a tech service, Just Answer, that requires a $1 "refundable" fee using my credit card info. I have fallen for this before and wound up in a contract for ~$50 a month for their service unless I canceled within 7 days.
This is not in bold, noticeable print anywhere. I WILL NEVER GIVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO FOR "FREE" ADVICE EVER AGAIN. I kept asking my help representative to stop stalling and send me the return address. She never did.
She kept asking me what I wanted the electricians to do. So I have a box of 2 video doorbells to return, but no address to send it to. I don't want it to go astray since I paid over $100 for the device and need a refund.
Meanwhile, the 4 mouse repellents did arrive.
I have not tried them.
IN summary, my problems were:
Initial shipping issues with a lost order
A shipping error on a replacement
Inaccurate list of parts (4 face plates)
A device that did not seem to work
A very unhelpful customer service rep who ignored my plea for an address and kept pushing the "Just Ask" service.
PLEASE SEND ME THE CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS SO I CAN SEND BACK BOTH VIDEO DOORBELLS-- THE ONE I ORDERED, AND THE ONE THAT WAS MEANT TO REPLACE THE MOUSE REPELLANT ORDER. Please credit my account with Capitol ONe
Otherwise I will have to file a dispute with my Capitol One Visa account to have the charge refunded to me.

Resolved: Never received the item I ordered a month ago
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They sent me another package.
I received it March 24.
Still a terrible company to deal with. I’am done with them..
I left 2 messages and did not hear back.
No resolution. I sat on the phone waiting for customer service for over 40 minutes.
A terrible company. All I want is a refund.
I never received the package. But they took my money.
