I purchased the Venom Pro GPS drone. The battery would not take a charge and after 4 hours of chaging the battery pack started to swell.

Customer service was closed on Tuesday, thats fine, so I called first thing Wednesday. When I told the guy the battery started swelling he laughed and said thats not good. Really genius. So, he said I can return it to the store or he can email me a warranty form.

I asked him to email me the form. With the form you give some information and at the bottom it states, replacement not guaranteed. So, I went to the store and exchanged it. After charging the battery on the second one, the transmitter would not pair.

Tried the calibration procedures twice, no luck.

Went back and exchanged for another one. I have the battery on charge for this one, so this is yet to be determined.

Update, third one did not work either. I was able to get my money back from the store.

Do not buy this junk. This company should be shut down.
